How do I activate my terminal?
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Management. Enter your activation key provided during deployment. The neural sync will initialize within seconds.
How are loyalty points calculated?
Our system uses a live visit-to-point conversion. Each visit is logged via the cashier interface and automatically credited to the customer profile.
What is the Chapa Integration?
Chapa is our preferred payment gateway for online transactions. It allows customers to pay via Telebirr or other banks directly through our secure platform.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes. Every tenant (business) has a cryptographically isolated database vault. No data is shared between different businesses on the platform.
